Take a closer look at your blog’s comments!

WordPress Blogs are great SEO tools to add new content to your  WordPress website and give readers engaged and come back to your site frequently.

Unfortunately, there are a lots of spam comments that you have to be aware of. But how do you know which one is real and which one is spam?

Previously it was easier to identify spam posts filled with links and unused characters. The problem with the newer forms of comments spam, that they look like a good nice legitimate comment about your blog post.

But these days there are people who are payed couple of cents to posts comments with specific keywords and link back to a website, that is looking to increase its Google ranking. These comments are very nice, and talk generously about the great information on your website. But take a closer look and you will see the link, that has nothing to do with your business info, not even related to your blog entry.

These comments are just copied and pasted general content. Do not care for them, do not answer and waste of your precious time,  but flag them as spam. In WordPress there are several spam filters, but you have to train them to recognize spam comments.

Below are several examples of spam comments.
